SIA "Spector Light", upon detecting errors and/or inaccuracies in the prices or descriptions of the goods on the website www.spectorlight.lv has the right to unilaterally cancel the distance contract until the payment for the specific goods has been credited. As an exception, SIA "Spector Light" may cancel the distance contract in cases where the distance contract was concluded with malice of the other party, or with fraud, or with duress; due to defects in the ordered goods; due to excessive losses suffered by one or the other party; due to late payment of goods and in other cases specified in regulatory enactments.

18. The use of the website www.spectorlight.lv does not grant any property rights to the content to which you have the right to access. It is prohibited to use the content of the information posted on the website www.spectorlight.lv unless there is permission from the owner of this content or other permission in accordance with the law. These terms do not grant the right to use any brand or logo included on the website www.spectorlight.lv. It is prohibited to remove, make incomprehensible or change the notices that are visible on the website www.spectorlight.lv or are provided through the website www.spectorlight.lv.

19. The website www.spectorlight.lv displays the content and description of the goods and other information that is the property of SIA “Spector Light”.

In connection with the services used, SIA “Spector Light” has the right to send notifications, reminders about started but not completed services and other information to the entered electronic e-mail address with the aim of improving the quality of service provision. Also, SIA "Spector Light" has the right to send information, including in the form of direct calls, about news, promotions and discounts of www.spectorlight.lv and SIA "Spector Light" cooperation partners. When ordering goods, by contacting SIA "Spector Light" or a person represented on its behalf, by telephone, in writing, via chat on the website www.spectorlight.lv by e-mail or on social networks, confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of use of the website www.spectorlight.lv and that the contact details provided are correct.

31. SIA "Spector Light" has the right to apply an order processing service fee of 0.99% of the order amount for certain types of orders that require additional payment processing. In the event that an order processing service fee is applied to a specific order, it will be displayed in the relevant step of placing the order. The order processing service fee will be issued separately.

32. In the event that any of the points specified in these terms and conditions lose their force, this will not affect the remaining terms and conditions.

33. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions or services will be considered in accordance with the requirements specified in regulatory enactments.

34. All intellectual property rights regarding the website www.spectorlight.lv belong exclusively to SIA “Spector Light”. In the event of a violation of these rights, the guilty party shall be held liable in accordance with the regulatory enactments, and shall also be fully liable for all losses that have been or may be caused to SIA “Spector Light” and third parties.

    Documents confirming the goods purchased on the website www.spectorlight.lv.

36. In cases where the buyer pays for and receives the goods ordered on the website www.spectorlight.lv at the www.spectorlight.lv customer center, the following documents confirming the purchase of the goods (hereinafter referred to as the transaction) are issued:

1. Goods delivery note;

2. Warranty card (if necessary).

37. In cases where the ordered goods are delivered to the address specified by the buyer, the document confirming the purchase is the goods delivery note, which is sent to the e-mail specified in the order for the relevant goods.

38. A warranty card is also sent to the e-mail specified in the order for the goods for which it is required.

39. The person responsible for completing the order and drawing up the shipping document is indicated on the document confirming the purchase or goods delivery note. The presence of the name and surname of the responsible person indicated on the document is equivalent to the signature of the said person in accordance with the conditions of Supplement No. 1 to the “Regulations for Signing Documents of SIA “Spector Light””

40. The fact that the buyer has received the goods is confirmed by:

1. When receiving the ordered goods at www.spectorlight.lv customer center – the buyer’s signature on the document;

2. When receiving the ordered goods with standard delivery or picking them up at VENIPAK pick-up points – the buyer’s signature on the courier/order issuer’s electronic terminal;

3. When receiving the ordered goods at parcel machines – the buyer’s manual entry of the code for picking up the goods

41. Claims that the order has not been delivered after the receipt of the order has been confirmed by any of the methods described in paragraph 40 are not accepted.
